I am a Scotty fan, but to be honest, he did have a couple of drunken live streams at Phillies in Angeles that he took down. He didn't do or say anything that hadn't been said by thousands of guys before him that were drunk and out having a good time. The difference was that he was filming a live video at the time. A lot of comments were begging him to stop and others encouraging him to continue. It really just played right into the hands of those self-righteous and sanctimonious youtube channels that live off of being haters and outright Karen's.

North American men are often like a bunch of old women. Look at the vlogging scene in Thailand, most people just get on with their own channels. Why? The Westerners who go there are usually European whereas the Philippines is mostly Americans.

@RussellHank-t3t 5 ай бұрын
@@TitB1199 @TitB1199 Speaking as an American who was raised by his father, I am in a position to know why your statement is at least partly accurate. The women here have disrespected their husbands to the point that the men leave them with the children. This is terrible for the children because the boys grow up to become women and the girls grow up to be modern feminists. The only good solution is to let the men raise the children when they part with the wife but the court isn't going to let us fix our society. They need to foster the upbringing of unstructured future criminals. Can you explain why you think Thailand is more for a manly man? BTW, how would you rate French men as compared to North American men? Are they not Western culture too?

I am a resident of Malaybalay and I could tell you it's not cheaper. Went to Moalboal 2 weeks ago, great coffee latte @130 with presentation. Here? 170 on a to go disposable cup. Espresso/Americano 65/75 there while it's 150/160 here. And the quality isn't compromised and the ambiance is even better. Tablea (chocolate drink) is over a hundred for a pack when it's just 50+ down MisOr. Condo that's preselling is over 5M here whilst you can get 2M+ in Dumaguete. No thieves? So funny. Offices and stores are being robbed at night . Happened 1st quarter this year. Good luck.

As I said clearly before ...of course there is crime in Pinas. .....However, M rate in the USA from recent stats is 6.4 per 100,000 people ....in Pinas it's 4.3 per 100,000. That stat speaks volumes. There is no question in my mind, as a good old boy Southern boy that worked as a travel nurse in the USA for 21 years, and has lived in Pinas for over 12 years, and has been to all but 8 provinces, and who has been to all the ARMM provinces in Pinas including Sulu, as to which is the more dangerous country . As I have mentioned before I recently had to pull out my weapon in New Orleans in my last visit home and luckily he suddenly stop threatening me with a tire iron that he pulled out of his car trunk lol and I was not in a "bad " part of town either. My god Shreveport, my old home town, is a total nightmare now and it's not even that big. I don't go anywhere in my home state without my 9mm and there are worse states than mine....very sad. I have never ever felt threatened in Pinas. Malaybalay is almost the same population as Shreveport Louisiana...I will walk anywhere in Malaybalay at any time of the day or night....I would only walk in maybe 1/4 of Shreveport in the day time and almost nowhere at night LOL ! There are loads of US cities as bad or worse than Shreveport !

A couple of cautionary notes. If you happen to be in the Philippines during election time, there is a possibility you might become a kidnapping victim if you let your guard down. It usually involves a gang operation where they are stalking a potential victim to assess his vulnerability for a kidnapping. Once that is done, then a time and place is set for the kidnapping. The kidnappers will post the amount of money required in order to secure the release of a victim at the embassy representing the victim's country. The money is used to support a political candidate's campaign. Secondly, if a foreigner is susceptible to problems concerning sustained high heat conditions, he should choose a location in a more mountainous, cooler area to live in first and then choose a partner from that area.

OK! Here’s the deal. In the Philippines one of the worse insults you can bestow upon another is to call them “Kuripot”, which means Cheapskate. Being a cheapskate is a sin. Being a cheapskate makes you one of the most vile, worse kind of individual. No one wants to be associated with someone with the reputation of being a cheapskate, because it’s shameful, and will ruin their reputation also by association. Get it? This is one reason that Filipinos do not save. Saving is proof positive that one is a cheapskate, because if he were not he would spend every penny he receives as he receives it, never letting it build up. It’s a cultural thing, and you can’t live in someone else’s country and judge them by your cultural believe of what is right and wrong. Get it? I rest my case.

@@expatlifestyle2000 Korea is very nice, 100% safe with polite people. And Seoul is a wonderful city, there's a lot to discover. You're close in the Phils, ask to SB some good plans to visit, at least.
