There some really good seafood restaurants in the area and you may see Joe & Jill cracking some crabs. About an hour away is Assateague Island where there are wild horses and interesting beaches.

@@ScottDavenportI had to wonder, as it doesn't seem like the place to visit. We have family nearby in Maryland and spend Thanksgivings there. We will be in your neck of the woods in June as our granddaughter is graduating.

If you're relatively local, Rehoboth Beach is actually quite the destination... a lot of weekend visitors, vacation homes, etc. for the summer. And if you roll through San Diego... lemme know! Maybe we can catch up!

Happy to see you in my hometown. The beaches offer great opportunity for sunrise/moonrise. If you’re still there try to get over to the salt pond. Great place for wildlife. Eat crabcakes at the Purple Parrot! Enjoy!
