Rehousing my Cyriocosmus elegans and Cyriocosmus bicolor. They needed an upgrade and I'm moving them to Tarantula Cribs Enclosures.

Are you Brazilian? I lived in Amazonas, Acre, Rhondonia, and Roraima. I also lived in São Paulo and passed through Rio for a few days. Lived in Brazil for two years. Love the people, pao de ceijo and I miss speaking Portuguese!

Helllo,i wanted to ask a quick question,so i bought brachypelma boehmei last year,he wasnt molting or burrowing,wasnt even eating for weeks,it took him about 10months to molt,it happened last month,after that he ate alot and he molted once more,but it took him 1 month,feels weird,is that normal?

Great! Agree, critterkeeper are good for G rosea or P murinus but not for rainforrest tarantulas! I dunno if they are common here in Europe? I no longer have the same insight in the hobby as i once had

Try adding some sphagnum moss and/or leaf litter to help the substrate retain more moisture between waterings

Love Cyriocosmus genus! Out of curiosity, what made you decide on this depth of substrate? Mine have burrowed up to 3" so I give them at least 4". The extra depth tends to help maintain the moisture they need, too.

I absolutely love tarantula cribs. I own 2 it hold great humidity. I pre-ordered my one it came in a month. Order before u need to remove. Would love to get a dwarf tarantula. But I was told 4 is enough lol.

that elegans is beautiful but I might have to keep my eyes open for a bicolor. I'm not really into dwarves but those are so cool looking! that black is so deep!

They are cool. Similar to Davus pentalorus but with that dark carapace.
