Sure, you got MY attention, but come on. It’s a card game, and you enjoy it, and if you want to be as great as a veteran like LSV then I believe in you. The opponent didn't know about the thraben charm in Reids hand afaik, but I suppose the opponent just felt he was too far behind, he wouldve been down to 2 life and had to chump block even if Reids hand had nothing.

I was wondering this too, I initially thought Emrakul was being cast for its madness cost but the opponent was already tapped out. What we were seeing was the madness ability triggering. If Reid hadn't proliferated Tamiyo's enchantment the opponent would have been able to make the Emrakul madness play on his turn.
