Ryan Lochte is doing what we should ALL strive to do when we've screwed up in the past, but we accept our responsibility and we put in the work to make it right. Give the man a chance...I guarantee that's exactly what YOU want people to do when you make mistakes.

Despite Lochte's past, it's cool that he's this old and still pulling good times in his event. But on the other hand, at 4:33 in the video you can see him hit that illegal breaststroke pullout. Too bad Cody Miller got DQ'd in Peru for something Lochte just got away with.
@ahildy5 жыл бұрын
Can you explain how it's illegal? I don't know swimming haha.
@andysteinkamp97085 жыл бұрын
@@ahildy Well with a breaststroke pullout you're technically allowed one dolphin kick, most breaststrokers take the dolphin kick, then pull their arms down, but as they pull their arms down their legs tend to follow a natural rhythm that can resemble a very subtle dolphin kick, this is probably done on purpose by most athletes to get a slight edge before they breakout; not to mention it's hard for officials to see without an underwater camera. This issue is what got Olympic Swimmer Cody Miller disqualified in his 100 breaststroke at the Peru Pan American Games. It's an obnoxious discrepancy and truthfully officials should just leave it be.
