Thank you SO much for this! I'm in a good place these days, but I remember too well when my panic attacks were regular. The rest of the world thought I was just fine from outside appearances. Being taught how to ground myself has been so helpful for self-care, but having a reassuring voice like Sarah's to counter one's own anxiety is EVERYTHING. Thank you for all you do. To anyone arriving here while having a panic attack - I've been here too - and things WILL improve. For now, take care of YOU. ❤

I can’t explain it but there’s something about your videos that makes me feel like a little kid sitting warm & safe in my mom’s lap while she strokes my hair & just talks to me about nothing in particular but her voice is just calming no matter what she’s saying. I think that’s why I love the little side stories or commentaries (like about your elderly neighbor being hard of hearing or if you’re dog sitting & warn us a dog might pop in.)

I’ve been very nervous because in a couple of months I will be getting major necessary dental work done. It’s always in the back of my mind thinking about it. And when I wake up it’s the first thing I think about. So not exactly a panic attack but any relief I can get I’m very grateful for. Thank you Sarah 💕 🙏

Thank you, Sarah! This is much appreciated. I originally followed for the ASMR. You are the reason I have started utilizing reiki as a support tool along with my regular medical treatments for my chronic illnesses. It’s been such a huge help for me, especially in keeping me grounded when my body is stressed or in pain.

I feel like a little fairy the entire time and I don’t know how to explain it. On a real note, this came at the BEST time. This is the first time I’ve come across your channel and I believe you just got a new sub. I’m really picky about the reiki asmr I watch, as I walk through this spiritual journey, the ability to sense true energy just gets stronger as the days go by. I find it interesting that now I can even tell if it’s genuine reiki and how powerful it is. Now this, this is powerful and authentic. True energy. True intent.

Hello and welcome. Thank you for your feedback- many ppl say the same about the energy I channel and tbh I can’t feel how strong or weak it is. In fact after my attunement I couldn’t feel energy for about 8 years. I just aimed and fired and trusted that it would help the client. I think my guides were showing me it’s all intent. Once I started martial arts I felt it again under the guidance of The Master who taught me. I hope you’ll find lots to get stuck into.
