There she is! jaw is killing me.. was sitting down all day... pain shoots up my back to neck and jaw... TMJ is terrible.. So proud of you!

Thanks Chris; your encouragement means so much to me… I’m super grateful! aww geez, I’m so sorry to hear that it’s acting up. I’ve heard that TMJ can be absolutely excruciating & I know you’ve dealt with this for a long time now. I’m gonna work on a session this week that incorporates TMJ/jaw/back/neck all in one for the channel as the intention. I know chronic pain is the WORST. 6 years ago I had a major spinal surgery to repair a collapse that occurred in my lower vertebrae (unknown cause, total medical mystery) it was wild, I spent 4 years in pain unable to do basically anything so I 100% empathize with pain related issues. When the body is out of whack it affects everything and makes it hard to function. I’m gonna work on this ASAP… I hope todays been a bit better 🤞

I LITERALLY woke up with heaviness on my chest, cuz I felt maybe clearing was happening. And picked up my phone to look for a ‘higher heart reiki’ this time around (which I’d typically ignore simply cuz I thought it was complicated and I had no idea what it meant) but THIS time I’m like I was like I’m just gonna search up and find what it’s about and see if it helps.
