Sleep next to a large piece of obsidian? The mistake people make is thinking a tiny palm sized rock will protect them from alot. If I want a small rock for protection go for black tourmaline it can absorb a butt ton of negative energy. But back to my point get a large black obsidian stone it literally fights off psychic attacks and also eases anxiety by protecting ur aura from anything of a low vibration. Again or try black tourmaline it literally protects u from urnown thoughts and feelings if need be. Remember to rub ur stone then tap it and ask for what u want.

U ever try putting a small rock in each of ur back pockets? Even if it's just small granite pieces? Cause granite is a stone of protection and negative energies usually go to ur root chakra to lower ur vibration cause root chakra is responsible for all positive energy. So on reality u might have energies connecting to ur butt haha.

Did it work?? Also u ever try marble stone?? Sounds silly and its not a conventional gemstone but it is a dreamwork stone and one of the most oowerful ones iv heard. Only ckose second is amethyst. Also anything ailing u lately?? Usually if u have a huge fear or issue it affects ur dreams. Iv been extremely depressed for 2 yrs and my dreams have been funky and very repeatitive.

The dream state is very powerful and having vivid dreams can be healing. If you don't mind the dreams, we recommend keeping a dream journal. If you do not wish to have vivid dreams try setting an intention for them to stop before bed.
