I feel asleep part way through so coming back again tonight. Last night while listening I dreamed an Angel grabbed my left hand as it clung to cords/wires of a sailboat, he uncurled my fingertips and shook my hand, told me it was time to let go once and for all. I suddenly saw the scene from a higher perspective and realized the Angel was guiding me to take a sideways step off a boat and onto land, where my right hand was lightly holding onto a walking staff. This is important symbolism for me. Thank you for facilitating. 🙏🏼

Sarah, how do I release my anxiety regarding the sands of time on this earth? I feel like my life is so wonderfully full with my two young children but my mind races with thoughts it’s going too fast/slipping through my hands. I just love their souls so much... 😪💖 I struggle so much with the idea of the work/life/chore balance. Always busy busy. I wish I could just lie in a warm field with my happy children in my arms, the angels watching over us, joyfully contented, eternally together. Why does my mind sabotage my happiness? Sounds like you need to practise the art of zen and live in the now and enjoy it. By the time they get to university you’ll have had enough lol. Mine are 25 and 26 and we still have fun but in a diff way. Nothing lasts forever and that’s the beauty of it. The self sabotage - well you can manifest what you worry about so say cancel cancel cancel as soon as you realise you are doing it. Xx
