My goal for receiving this energy is to become aware of the ways I needlessly compare myself to others, to edit out that behaviour, and to reveal + embrace the authentic truth of the comparison, accepting myself as I am, without any need for change, with a willingness to stay focused on appreciating my life exactly as it is here in the present moment. Thank you, I wish we lived in a world based on cooperation rather than competition (where people compare each other to see who is "better"... when one realizes that it's really a matter of personal preference or taste in terms of what a person percieves to be better than something, else, you see that there is no better or best, just different tastes and preferences. Then one can appredicate the variety and unique traits of everything and everyone equally and forgot to even think about comparing
