Wow - this session for releasing negative thoughts patters is so potent....but it should come with a warning sign that in order to release them, they come up and you have to look at them, feel them and let them go for they no longer serve you. I was hit hard this morning with so many of them - and took some time to realize what was happening! But proudly can say, i have released or transmuted them. Thank you so much. I badly needed this one. I've certain past memories of being abused and tortured mentally by my brother. It still keeps me haunting and I feel so much negative all the time. I always feel that he"ll harm me . In fact sometimes the thought of leaving the country also comes to my mind because I feel if we live in the same place he definitely will try to harm me.
