@viafrequency Hi, yes, just one without intention. Just a burst of all that Reiki love and light. I love the ones with specific intentions, too, but sometimes, when stuff comes up that I have to process, it can be a bit much. I would love to be able to just bathe and wallow like a big Reiki bath. Warm and safe and nothing else.

I am taking out all my self doubt..I am constantly recieving this mesmerizing healing.. my subconscious listens to the music and the message and works on it. Further by taking out all the negative thoughts, the power to overthink negatively and all that my body and mind doesn't require. I release the self doubt, I allow myself to have an inner self belief that I can do anything faster than anyone. I am confident. I know I can do it. I know that my body and mind work in accordance to this reiki to fulfill whatever I am working towards. I am healthy. I am happy. I am worthy. I am self loving. I feel loved. I feel confident. All my chakras are balanced. I restore the positivity in me. I know that Everything happens for a reason. I am a new me. I am a positive me. I think positive. I am a magnet of inner belief, inner confidence and self love. I am a magnet of success, abundance and love. God is always within me cherishing and focusing jn the process and never the outcome.
