I recently learned that I'm an intuitive empath, healer. Supposedly, INFJ. Do you have any suggestions on how to control this "gift" I never asked for? Is there a support group for intuitive empaths who can treat other intuitive empaths? I feel everything. I feel energy everywhere. I read people very well. My spidey sense always goes off. It's very challenging to turn it off. It will never be off permanently. It's something I need help managing.
