I remember this suite being the first I had ever heard of Glière awhile ago. After that, I began delving into more of his piano and even orchestral/ chamber. My favourite would have to be his Harp Concerto. But for some reason when I wanted to come back to these 8 pieces, I couldn’t find the video anymore and would only find certain ones from other pianists that I never fully enjoyed. And now, Gamma has once again rewarded us with his performance. I don’t think there’s anything you’ve played that I haven’t absolutely loved. Thank you for this.

I enjoyed the Prelude and the Marche Miniature. They seemed to be the two that stood out for me from all the others in the group. All of them, however, were well-played!
