This is even for married men. The truth is that married men get too comfortable and don’t present their best self, even to themselves. As a result, they can become unattractive to their spouses, and the spark goes for the wife. If he reinvents himself, she will take a different look at him, not taking him for granted anymore, not silently badmouthing him because of her continued (and met) low expectations of him. She will be surprised the day he suddenly emerges with a good looking suit that she didn’t buy, or begin going to the gym, taking care of his body and diet, and all that goes with it. She will suddenly be asking if he has a woman on the side. I encourage even married men to listen to this advice…I know I am.

Right up to my 40s I use to wear trainers all the time, going on a night out dressed with my shirt hanging out and thought I looked the business, one brother told me I looked messy for the physique I have, he introduced me to a stylist, my life changed from that point on, Trevor the stylist told me, wherever you go you be the best dressed man in the building, so said so i done. I dress in suits, blazers, double breasted blazers, roll necks, trousers shirts most of the time I tweak my clothes at my tailors, fit is king, and that's how i feel when i dress...... The king. This came into my recommendations and I'm glad I watched, very powerful truth. I went through a divorce and took 5 years to rebuild what I lost. 2 years ago decided to stop feeling sorry for myself and make a change. Stopped drinking and smoking, started working out and slowly replaced my entire wardrobe with higher quality fabrics and pieces. One of the best things I did was started to take everything to a tailor to get it adjusted to fit my body correctly. Now as you say, I have ppl showing me respect they never did before in public situations and the ladies have taken notice as well. At 47 years old, I'm in a personal renaissance and on my path to make myself the best version I can be. Whatever motivation it takes, do it fellas. You only have one life, make the change today.

Woke up the next day and said "Okay, I never wanna do this again." That was the last time I've had alcohol. The smoking took a little longer but I just made up my mind one day that I wasn't gonna buy it again. Can't change the past but I wish I would've stopped sooner.

Even in death his message is getting out there and even a 54 year old man can benefit from his advice. In just watching a few of his videos I find myself sorry someone I did not know even existed died. His message was not bashing black women or men but trying to get them to see we need each other and to be realistic with the goals you can definitely achieve.

He was 53. Watch the video and he says at the beginning he was born in 1969. So was I. And I was born on January 2nd and I'm 53 and will be 53 until Jan 2nd 2023 so even if he was born on New Year's day in 1969 he wouldn't be 54 until 2023. Everyone got his age wrong for some reason. Maybe it was reported wrong when he passed 🤔
