as a 5x veno eliminator, on lan and in cash cups. It's really hard to keep up with his mechs but if you keep up the same momentum and pressure in the fight and don't just constantly play defensive it's possible to outplay or out aim him and he gets too confident and too close to walls and he plays super fast which makes it easier for him to make mistakes

2:25 isnt this case another "predict" from veno? since the player has the cone and the wall behind him and the wall infront is one pickaxe away he is gonna try to get a pump off then edit the cone and move into his other box , but veno not replacing and instatnly shoting takes that away, becuase if the enemy holds the wall still looses it to a 0 ping and gets punished anyway, idk maybe im overlooking at this but it just looks so random that he decides to not replace it when he is so careful about everything.

the real reason is , they pay for an advantage, and we play a free to play a game, most likely on a console , where we don’t even have services to boost the game, they pay for gearup services and most importantly they paid just to live closer to the servers because the game is not playable above 20 ping. You can be best at game and will die to anyone on 0 if you are 30+ ping . The only thing separating you from a pro is that they pay for their advantages. we just play for fun.
