In this video, you can learn the process using quinoa grains but you can use the same process with other grains, the only thing that varies are the sprouting/fermenting times, below I leave you the details of the germination and fermentation times of 3 grains. 🔽
❤︎ Quinoa: Soaking time: 8 hours | Germination time: 1-2 days | Fermentation time: 1-2 days *
❤︎ Buckwheat: Soaking time: 1 hour MAXIMUM | Germination time: 1-2 days | Fermentation time: 1-2 days *
❤︎ Wheat: Soaking time: 10-15 hours | Germination time: 2-3 days | Fermentation time: 1-2 days *
* Take into account the ambient temperature: if it is high, the drink will be more powerful; if it is low, it may require a longer fermentation time.
QUANTITIES: It is recommended to use 1/2 cup of the grain of your preference & 6 cups of purified water (without chlorine).
