When do you advice to use HMW and Crazy8? Can you do it with only Persona Creation as part of my research?

Hi Jeffrey, thanks for the great question. There are 2 things here: The HMW and The Crazy8s. The HMW is a problem framing method that helps you reframe challenge/issues/problems into a “solvable” How Might We question. You can use this method anywhere you see it being relevant. For example (but not restricted to), you may use it to define your User Persona goal, like “HMW reduce friction for the user to achieve their desired need?” And Crazy8s is a brainstorming method that leverages the power of your subconscious within a limited set of time - 8 minutes. You can use this where relevant too, usually when you’re experiencing a mental block or if you need to rapidly come up with variations of ideas. In your case of Persona Creation, you can probably use this to come up with possibilities of what their user persona needs are. Spend 8 minute to come up with as many User Needs as you can think of… These are examples only, but hope it makes sense Jeffrey. Good luck!
