Another problem for them both is the fact as Your Lawyer Fred Zack noted it is illegal for Tommy to even be in the same vechile as the guns. Added to this is the fact Jeff was the legal purchaser of at least the Ruger. He had the background check on him to purchase it, not reese.

Reese keeps saying the guns were hers ..then changed it to only one gun was hers, and the other two were freds.. She strangely acts like she has receipts, and or pictures of the gun and acts like a simple txt from her to a friend is proof of ownership 🤣 Fact is reese and tommy cut the cameras at jeffs house, and forgot about the wireless camera on the driveway. Took his guns, which obviously were registerd to jeff, as he got all 3 back. I saw reese live where they were saying the cops were fake, and just stole her guns ect....and was laughable! If they were her guns, she would have them registered to her PERIOD !!! yet she keeps talking reciepts!! Supposedly theres a whole un edited version where they load up the guns. But its still an active investigation... The police would not give jeff those guns if they werent registered to him!! Sad thing is her flock believe everything she says....🤣

I can't say who is manipulating who I guess Reese saw an opportunity to grow her audience and took it. I think Scoville's motives are easy to grasp - even if they are ugly ones

I’m not American, so how do you transport your weapons if you move to a new state? Is there a legal process to transporting them or are you just supposed to sell your weapons and buy new ones at the new location?

@z0zRAMC I guess I needed to emphasize a legal owner of a gun can transport. If a gun is not your legal property crossing it beyond a state is a crime. Depends on ownership

Also I don't control the laws so please presume what I think - which is irrelevant - whether a judge puts Reese in jail will be up to the judge
