In addition, the Russia-Ukraine war did not negatively affect Türkiye-Russia relations too much. In other words, their relations between 1967 and 1972 were -20, and between 1972 and 1991 they were -10. +20 from 2016-2022, +10 from 2022-present.

There's a few errors, Armenia should be in some form of red, Russia ditched them when Azerbaijan invaded Artsakh, and today Armenia has frozen its' participation in the CSTO, and is now much closer to countries like France than Russia. Meanwhile Russo-Kazakh relations have also begun to deteriorate since the invasion, politically not to the same extent as it has with Armenia, but still to an extent which should at least be shown by lowering the +60 numbers.

@ yes, and I think it’s wrong. The relationship between Russia and Georgia is not friendly, and it’s well-known why, but not so hostile to justify a -80. Georgia doesn’t implement sanctions, nor it sent weapons to Ukraine (although there is a Georgian legion in the Ukrainian army), and last year the country reinstated direct flights to Russia. Moreover, Russia abolished visa obligations for Georgians. This is why I think that actual relations between Russia and Georgia are somewhere around-40 (pretty much like those between Serbia and the USA). Not -80
