We don't often think of our endocrine glands as offering us support in our alignment and movement. We are usually instructed to make adjustments through our skeletomuscular system. However, initiating movement in the muscles and bones without the support of other body systems can end up being mechanical and restrict our movement.
In this clip, Bonnie shows how going to the embodiment of some of the lower glands, in particular the adrenals, and their relationships to the skeletal system can free our spine and offer a deeper support for our muscles than just going to the muscles themselves.
This clip is from Bonnie's online course

What does Bonnie mean by "adrenals", her language implies she incorporates them somehow to stand up, like its a choice, how does one choose NOT to use the "adrenals"? An elaboration would be nice.

she’s talking about the adrenal glands which sit on top of your kidneys

using your muscles rather than moving with your core is how you choose not to use your adrenals. repeat her movements and you will feel the difference

Moving "with your core" is moving with muscles too, so your statement "using your muscles rather than moving with your core" makes no sense to me, unless youre trying to say "use these muscles and not those other muscles" "adrenals" arent' muscles either way are they? how do you "use" them. @@AwesomeG

@@ItsAllGoodGames yes, correct. but you're thinking of this too logically. in your head too much. you have to feel your way through it. like walking in the dark until your eyes adjust. do the same movements she did. don't just move your legs and core muscles. another way of saying it: move with your lumbar spine and you will feel the energy move from your spine to your muscles. you will move more like water and less like a robot.

Of you mean when you go to stand up, I think it's a much smoother, easier movement.

@@madeleinegrayson8372 a smoother easier movement implies more refined usage of the musculature, what do the adrenals have to do with it?

Have everyone following you by doing the same thing would be a more memorable experience, rather than just writing about it in a notebook. You have lots of space, use it ! Get those people on their knees !
