GET OFF YOUR CHAIR - best advice. I feel so good when I hike for 5-6-7 hours per day. Great explanation of the psoas/diaphragm connection

Awesome guy awesome information. Thank you for sharing it's life changing the information that you provide. I have double hernia surgery when I was in my twenties. And it affects my psaos and my stomach muscles. I have just learned about that muscle and I and I'm hoping that it gives me much relief to relief from decades of suffering with trapped gas low intestine no nutrition flowing. Lack of blood flow it's all tight down there. And what's crazy as I own my own business during flooring for the past 5 years. So bent over does not help on my knees. I subscribed and I'm looking forward for more information thanks again take care

Great explanation of the anatomy of psoas and diaphragm! I would perhaps exclude the hypoxia-ATP part as we on't use anaerobic respiration at rest as far as I know unless we're having a panic attack. But I think your explanation serves its purpose for this audience!!

Sorry if the question sound silly but maybe I've misunderstood your explanation...during the exercise you suggest to breath-in while straightnening and breah-out while bending the knees but at the same time is not important to necessary syncronize the breathing with the position (it should happen naturally), is that correct?

A horrible thing that happened to me was that my partner kept sleeping on her side next to me with her knees pointing towards me into my space. This caused me to sleep for about a month (without realizing) that I was tilting my pelvis and thorax in order to be "straight". Since she did this on both sides I have a hard time grounding myself and sensing my ribs and thorax. This all coincided with the pandemic and wearing masks so it definitely affected my diaphragm/hips/psoas/neck, jaw and feet. I have days where I regain a lot of that awareness but over a few days or weeks my body reverts to those positions. I have learned that grounding my eyes and not subconsciously flexing my toes on my feet helps a lot. Any advice?

that sounds not good - you need to focus on gentle realignment and also relaxation - try this relaxation hack kzbin.info/www/bejne/nICWnKBop8mUhNU and these simple spinal movements kzbin.info/www/bejne/b5emdqptrtFlrrM - i believe that they can help you

Hello Mr. Simon. I have a technical question. When you refer to the 'front of the pelvic floor' is this the same thing as the urogenital diaphragm or is it the front portion of the pelvic diaphragm? Also, with the 'back of the pelvic floor', is this referring to the anal sphincter or is it literally the back portion of the pelvic diaphragm?
