Just discovered your channel after going through anxiety with my partner. I've accused him of cheating before, and it basically boiled down to my insecurities manifesting. Fast forward to this quarantine, as I see him constantly on his phone, etc, those insecurities have resurfaced. Its difficult for me to admit that to him so my communication needs work. I realize this and I try to talk but its difficult. Your videos have provided some clarity.

I just discovered this channel while going through a hard time in my relationship with my partner. We both don’t communicate really good he walks away from the problem he runs away he doesn’t text me the same day he texted me the next day and I don’t think that’s OK he blames me for all his mistakes when some of them are my mistakes but I told him a real policy is not in text message it’s in person

Im having trouble in my relationship communication wise to deeper conversations like some different feels, arguments and some bigger things, i should to some of them and struggle with my words, im working on it and im seeking help to try and find out some different things to help in those conversations/situations and thus video helped with some of them i like to learn more so i can be a better partner to my girlfriend

I have watched your videos alone first and then I sit my boyfriend down to watch them with me he'll either be easily distracted or this tablet or on his phone and then I'll turn around and look at him and he'll be like okay I'm paying attention I'm watching it that I asked him questions and he looks at me with this blah face and he always says that I'm nitpicking and nitpicking and it's not even like that I try to communicate with him I ask him how was his day and he's always accusing me of snooping or going through his tablet and I have explained to him that is the only way that I find out how his day was or how a job is going because of the pictures and I tried to let him know that I'm interested and what I talk to him I say something he always comes back at me with something negative help me please I don't know what to do
