Are these videos real? I have never seen such bad acne in my life. What do you do to soothe the skin after you have irritated it making all the holes? I'd love to see that process too. I'd also like to see before and afters because I'm wondering if this actually helps. Don't the holes just fill back up?

In Vietnam they have the worst acne ever. They get acne in response to agent orange that was used to thin the jungle for American troops. Agent orange is still in the soil and water there. It also affects subsequent generations.

If you go to the "playlists" tab on the channel, there are a couple that are just videos of a specific client and all their visits. If you watch the first video and then skip to the videos at the end of the playlist, you can see what a big improvement this makes :) Blackheads and whiteheads are open pores that become filled with dead skin and sebum, and sometimes the body isn't very good at getting rid of this as fast as it produces it. The inflamed and hidden acne happens when a pore is clogged and bacteria gets inside - often they started out as pores that became blocked due to sebum but they can also be ingrown or impacted hair follicles. This treatment works because emptying the pores gives the body time to heal without as much risk of infection and/or inflammation :)
