I would really like to see a video of cysts and blackheads THOROUGHLY cleaned out and not rushing from one area to another without doing a proper cleansing. A relative had these kinds of pops behind his ears and I never gave up until there was absolutely nothing left to come out. If I were the client, I'd not be happy with anything less than a 100% good job.

With you. Sometimes too, it looks like their playing with the item instead of getting down to business and cleaning the pores out. If I were the boss, they'd either shape up and do a proper job, or ship out, and no extraneous chit chat either. Tend to business. BUT, then maybe the pores are Not cleaned out throughly so they refill and the "victim" has to come in for another session/video.

It does not have to do with the hygiene of one’s ears it’s deeper then that . Lack of hygiene to the skin being the reason for acne is one of the biggest misconceptions when it comes to breakouts .

Thank you for your technique. Making a large enough opening for the contents to come out relatively intact, including the sac. So much better than poking a small hole where it comes out like silly string. Then repeatedly poking with a sharp pointed instrument while attempting to fish out the sac in bits and pieces. It should be noted that the larger (whiteish) small "headless" cystic spots behind the person's ear can SOMETIMES indicate an early sign (and very rarely mentioned sign) of serious underlying systemic infection (with ZERO other obvious signs) or various forms of leukemia, these can be enlarged lymph nodes filled with fluid and or semi-solid gunk (white blood cells) so if someone keeps the area around the backs of their ears clean and free of debris and they still have these pop up (they often pop up in smallish multiple groupings) they may want to consult with their doctor as it can be a very early sign of a systemic active infection of some sort or very high production of white blood cells (a telltale sign of leukemia). Lymph nodes are ALL over the body not simply in the neck or armpit and any soreness or swelling should be noted and a doctor be made aware. In MANY cases swelling in them is the very first indication of a significant immune system response affecting the entire body and not just the local area of appearance. Do not simply dismiss as cystic acne or soap/shampoo/hair product buildup. Although this can often be the case, it can also sometimes be what I'm talking about here. Particularly if it is swollen and "headless" and their are multiple similar looking places in the same area. Yes, they can be drained just like any pimple/cystic acne...but they will come right back if there's potentially something more going on. This happened to my friend, he thought he just had buildup of oil or etc causing something that looks exactly like these...3 weeks later they began really bothering him so he went to the dermatologist, dermatologist realized something was off due to the fact there were many and they were headless, he sent him to his primary doctor who ran some simple blood tests and his counts came back WAY off...after additional testing doc says you have leukemia, we need to get you immediately into chemo...they did, he went into remission twice...he's not here anymore. He was 21 at diagnosis and I went to his funeral at 23. Later, I went into the medical field myself, partially spurred on by the experience of my friend, working with cancer patients...we saw this more than you would think particularly in the younger patients (higher hormones in younger ppl and hormones often promote cancer growth in some ppl). So, if these pop up on you or someone you love, please...sure, go to the dermatologist and see what they say, or your primary for that matter...especially if they recur...but please don't simply ignore. Places similar to these can also pop up along the neck near the sides of the throat and back of the nape of the neck, clavicle (collarbone), either or both armpits, sternum (breastbone), and usually near where the sweat glands are in the creases of the very upper thigh/pubic area (where the legs and torso meet & bend at the groin). ANY swellings or soreness in those areas should be made known to a professional doctor any time they happen. If these happen, don't assume the worst, in most cases they are benign and what they seem like, but do get checked out because sometimes they're not..

Amazing how she's able to remove the sac with just her fingers and exacto knife. Dr Pimple Popper would be injecting saline under the cysts, making cuts and giving stitches. Thuy is SKILLED!

Thuy isn't a doctor so she can't make incisions that require stitches. She can't inject Lidocaine either to numb the area. She is using a surgical scalpel, not an exacto knife. Fyi
