I’ve been playing guitar for years and I still consider myself somewhat of a beginner intermediate but sometimes it’s just nice to sit down with a guitar relax and play easy chords easy songs. This is why your channel is so great in fact I’m gonna start taking my guitar outside, sit outside the cool breeze if there is one and just start strumming some of these great songs

I'm a bass player who really isn't excited by guitar,, but I LOVED this!!! Im super embarrassed i didn't know about strum patterns....and go into detail, which is so great!!!! This is of special interest give me right now because I've been analyzing the song Get Back by the Beatles dot-dot-dot and when Paul McCartney plays it, he uses this downward swiping motion with his thumb... And so when he comes back up to do the downward thing again he's got to get around the string and then position is thumb again to do another swipe down... So the song starts out with the same note for 6 measures, and they are 8th notes.... So that's 48 notes in like 8 or 9 seconds.... That's impossible!

Sundown with a capo on the second fret sounds great, plus the Kingston Trio version of Early Morning Rain; Intro C/F/G/F/C then verse C/Em/F/G/C. (Capo 2 as well). City of New Orleans is another favorite. Thank you again as you bring a straightforward way to play these great songs to us beginners and intermediate players.

Actually B.W.Stevenson released the song first in Oct. 72, Eagles released in Dec. 72 I first heard B.W.s version and that's the one that does it for me. Give it a listen you might like it.

Hi love your videos, I’m a complete beginner is there a structure I could follow as a complete beginner and certain courses that I could follow and build my knowledge over time. Some of your videos go straight over my head. Can you download all the songs with the chords on the songs as to know when to change. I’ve just bought a Capo and I’ve noticed when adding to my guitar my guitar goes out of tune. Should I be retuning each time I add the capo? Does the strumming pattern on each song sheet as well.
