In this video, we’ll talk about how relaxation and stress-relieving breathing techniques work and our 3 favorite techniques
• Box breathing
• 4-7-8 breathing
• "Sigh" technique
Also, we talk a couple additional points - breathing for about 5 minutes at a time and drinking a bit of water to stimulate the vagus nerve, and water will help to stay properly hydrated.
