It's not that difficult to start meditating and the first sessions can be 5-10 mins. Practicing meditation 20 mins a day for 8 weeks will bring a lot of health benefits.

When I was ordained as a Buddhist monk the first mantra we were taught was "The practical health chanel is so cool " Crazy that is such a widely accepted mantra to use ;)

I found this very useful. I've wanted to start meditating for long time now and this one seems to be a very good guide how to take the first step. My question is when is a good time of the day to do meditations? Morning or evening? Have a good and productive day. 💚

Great question! What I found is that it's easier to meditate (mindfulness meditation) in the morning, since in the morning the mind is not yet loaded with various problems and information points, but meditating in the evening is more beneficial as we want to slow down, clean up our mind. Regarding concentration meditation, you can practice it all day long by basically being fully engaged in every single activity you are doing. It's the beauty of concentration meditation!

Concentration is much easier to practice. Check out another video on this topic on our channel called "Mindfulness Meditation vs Concentration Meditation", it will give you a lot ideas on these 2 types of meditations.

If I choose the mantra meditation what kind of mantras should I say? Can I change the mantras with time?

I just replied your other comment. Regarding mantras, it can be anything like a song or just phrase "I am beautiful" and you can change it as many times as you want
