Thank you for this relaxing exercise. Two notable moments: Wow! I was amazed that looking to the side under closed eyelids produced a yawn! And at the end, it was again amazing to sense the space around my body and how I expanded into it. I’m looking forward to doing this again.

The first is a vagus nerve exercise. I've never encountered the exercise in a progressive muscle relaxation but it is a nice addition
