Red snapper, my favorate! In Curaçao we eat it deep fried, with funchi, funchi is almost similar to banku. And with a sauce made with onions and tomatoes, fried plantains and advocado salad! Can't wait to eat this again! Bon apetit!

You did not disappoint with the Fante Fante 😋… ets3w is easy to prepare. Just omit the cassava flour and cook it till it’s soft. We do not normally add a lot of spices to prepare Fante Fante (ginger ,garlic, salt ,pepper and onion should suffice) but I guess this is your own variation Also just a tip-next time allow the tomatoes to reduce a bit before you add the fish etc.

I just discovered your channel and absolutely love it, you both are absolutely beautiful in presenting your videos. Many years ago, my mother visited Ghana for a month for her studies in Virginia Union University for Divinity. She really loved and enjoyed her time there so much, one of her classmates fell in love with and married a Ghanaian while there. So happy to meet you both, your channel is a wonderful learning experience.👏🙏👍🏾🌹

Jasmine Ama, Ete Sen? Wo ho ye me fe, I'm trying to learn Twi, but it's a bit complicated to me, it'll probably take me 2 years to be intermediate with it, anyway..... I was wondering can you make video of you making Fufu and goat light soup and Kenkey with Pe Pe and Fried Fish?, that's two separate videos. I like this video and I love to eat fish, so whenever I come to Ghana, I would like to come to this Market and buy fish. So thumbs to this video and thanks! Nkradie

Wrong receipe as a 59year old fante woman from cape. Coast..You first prepare your vegetables with the red oil in a stew form first..When ithe source is about to be done,,thats when you add the fish... You over cooked the fish and you dont start cooked the fist straight. Preety you tried your best anyway but I will be glad if you cook fante fante again in a very right way. Good appetite.
