You did a great job!! Perfect blend of both worlds!! How long were you natural before you texlaxed? How do you maintain your hair under wigs and out of wigs. Can you do a video with your natural hair journey going to texlaxed? Thanks for making the video!!
@DijahAlize4 жыл бұрын
I was natural for 5 years and under wigs I try to keep my hair as moisturized as possible just like when I was natural. Deep conditioning and protein treatments are important! And that video will be coming soon ❤️

I’m confused. I got a virgin relaxer 2 weeks ago. She combed it through and used a timer to time it. I though I would be bone straight. A few days later, it was poofy and frizzy. I’m confused. Today, I went through the strands and noticed a LOT of single strand knots 🪢 even though I’m relaxed and even though she trimmed. So now, idk if I’m texlaxed or if my ends are trash.

I’ve had this issue too. I think if your hair had mixed textures like mine did some parts process quicker than others so they may thinner. Also try protein treatments and deep conditioning it usually fixes it for me!

Hi! How often do you refresh your roots?
@DijahAlize4 жыл бұрын
Usually around the 3 month mark, but currently I’m trying to see how far I can stretch. 4-5 is my goal.

Does the relaxer get on your scalp? If so does it hurt?
@DijahAlize3 жыл бұрын
I only apply it on my hair, you don’t want it to touch your skin because it can cause chemical burns and those hurt! Also use a protective in your parted areas like Vaseline or the one that comes with the relaxer to prevent any burns by mistake.

You have to be careful with the blow drying. Your ends can dry out and break. Try and not use to much heat because sti have chemicals on your hair.

@@natungashandahu2644 your comment is not clear. However, why do we always attack each other. My comment was coming from a good place. I have seen so many people blow dry there hair for so many years, eventually it weakens the hair. She even responded with a love heart. What is wrong with you?????
