I just told my mom Im getting it for us as a christmas gift. I too am relaxed, and I deal with dry hair and scalp. I used to be a product junkie and found that the ORS Olive Oil brand works better than anything Ive tried out. But it would be nice to have something tailored just for me. I couldn't imagine going that long btwn touch-ups but hey whatever works for you. Although I don't flatiron/press these days (due to perspiring so much), I use a light serum and pull my hair up into my signature bun. Easy peasy. Love your end result!

There’s nothing wrong w/ a double process of lightening IF your hair is healthy enough for it. I think you would be fine! But since I can’t see your hair or know what was used for the highlights I’m not 100% sure. I would go to a professional!
