I have anxiety and agoraphobia and wanted to practice walking around town so I went out for a walk at night and had this playing on my headphones to see if it would help me walk further than before and I not only walked further than before. I also found ten dollars on the sidewalk. I'm feeling lucky.

I have very severe anxiety that sometimes presents as agoraphobia..so I can relate a little (for me it's for limited periods , like 2 months or 5 weeks) I really sympathize and I'm so happy for you that you have found some coping mechanisms! I haven't watched (well listened) to this yet but I am planning on doing that tonight. Hopefully it works. I find having something other than my thoughts to concentrate on really helps me sleep.
