Hi, I'm Befrin :) Enjoy this relaxing, science-based audio session with affirmations to help you create an empowered space. I hope you find stillness and self-compassion as you progress through life with an ADHD-diagnosis. While ADHD can't be cured with affirmations alone, they can help create a calmer sense of self (and surroundings!), while you become less harsh on yourself.
You will use a self-soothing method to extend kindness toward yourself, and hopefully find ways to see how your extraordinary brain works. Excellent to fall asleep to as well! With a soothing female voice, powerful suggestions and lots of great intensions, I hope this works for you as much as it benefits me. Most affirmations were written by myself, some with a bit of inspiration from Louise Hay. Remember that repetition is key. Be patient with the process and trust that you are on your way toward a happier, healthier and calmer you. You got this!
