Just being out there with Nature is my best place . Love your photography and your love of nature. Beautiful work ❤ What was the mammal swimming?
@gamanderlopez17 сағат бұрын
I also love to be out in nature! 😊 And that mammal is a nutria.
@katzenbekloppt_mf13 сағат бұрын
Nutrias are normally origin in south america, but they were bred at so called "fur farms" and luckily a lot escaped and so now we have some wild populations in Germany too, same with racoons. Lovely animals! They look a lot like beavers and often are called beaver-rats, because they have a more ratlike tail other then beavers. And they build homes in walls of rivers etc., not build castles. They live in big colonies like many rodents and are very curious and friendly. Oh, and their teeth look orange😂.

Wow! I didn’t know cormoran could eat such huge fish 😲 Great catch! When thé Sun came out the light was so beautiful. 🥰👌

Thank you! 😊 And yes that light was beautiful! 😍
@katzenbekloppt_mf13 сағат бұрын
My thoughts: "What a lucky fish to have escaped because being too big!" Then: "Oh😮. How bad it is then to be swallowed ALIVE for the others. How do they die then? And how long do they have to suffer🥺😭?" My brain🙄

Such a relaxing film you have made! I also love photographing Cormorants while they grab and swallow the whole fish. I got curious and checked that Canon lens and I almost fainted when I found out the price. It was US$70,000.

Fantastic video thanks! Could you please do a video detailing your setups and techniques. Im shooting the A7Siii and 200-600 and looking to learn from your experience. Cheers

Aww, I was thinking the same, that the cormorans are impressing with this big fishes😅 And wondering if it was a beaver or a nutria, did not know there are also some (escaped) nutrias in south Germany. And whats the english word for "Blesshuhn"? Or more correct "Blessralle"? Or is it a word for "Rallen" at all? I think ducks (specifically "Stockenten", "Mandarinenten" seem to be much more chilled make much more stress on a lake then my beloved "Blessrallen", and swans are evil but beautiful mobsters😅. It was very interesting to see You preparing and filming, looks quite complicated for me who just uses zoom in, blizzard (?) and "click" on my mobile🙈 When You said cameras in plural I was like "ohh😮, okay...". I am again impressed. And now am exited to see the video on top of the fog in the mountains. And the book when it arrives (App says tomorrow😉). Audience, get the book and the calendar😊
