I really love this style of video! It feels very honest and less staged, not like your other videos seem staged, though. I still enjoy your editing style in your other videos, but I think mixing in longer videos with your normal videos would be amazing! I really love your content, and I've been watching you for almost two years! I think of your videos every time I see my Passiflora Colinvauxii, and it's so comforting to think that my plant is the same plant as your Colinvauxii and anyone else who bought one. It's like an army of genetically identical plants, and I love it.

hue/ tint/ tone/ shade are some basic colour descriptions. hue meaning the pure color🌈, tint is adding white⚪, tone is adding grey⚪⚫, and shade is adding black⚫! "intensity" is how bright or dull the color is. "value" is how light or dark it is on a scale of black to white. i think you used things like contrast and balance when pairing each plant how you wanted, and you also mentioned warm vs cool colors. i definitely like watching a long chill video, there's always something artistic about your plants and home. it was making me laugh imagining the tiny little plant with one leaf in the tiny round rock pot. both are so cute.🤭🥬 & i love the tree in the green pot, my other favourite 😌🟢

Some really nice pots. I think the black top dressing would've looked really cool with the 2nd plant that was shown. The contrast between the added stones & the black top dressing would've been really nice..Wetting down that grey top dressing added some contrast for the moment...but when it dries it'll go back to the same lighter tone.

Really enjoyed this video. The pairings were great, loved the pots from japan, my favorite was the pachy podium plant you did, it was like an island with just one palm tree (being the pot green/blue it gave ocean vibes). The bursera was a close second, absolutely beautiful, rocks, moss and all. All of them were beautiful really. I think half hour to 40 min videos are the best (thats just me). I truly enjoy just how much serenity you give out.

Someone commented before that Benji reminds them of Bob Ross and I agree. Benji is the Bob Ross of the plant world. Like Bob Ross, Benji’s voice hypnotizes you while he’s creating and pairing plants to pots. You don’t necessarily understand or “see” what he’s trying to do but then he adds a freakin’ rock, and bam, you see it!

For the cycad, i think it would've looked very nice in a wide brown pot ! It felt really warm-toned. I looove the way the bromeliad looks ! Bromeliads are native to where I live since it's a tropical island, but I've never seen them in pots ! That's really cool !

Citronella candles will help keep those mosquitoes away. Light them about 10-15 minutes before you want to stay outside and you should see a drastic reduction in mosquitoes.

Love this! So relaxing! I have a couple questions if you don’t mind…what is in your water spray bottle? It looked kind of pink. Was wondering if it’s some sort of plant food for repotting. Also do those planters/pots have drainage holes. I’m always worried about planting into pots without holes but it would be so much more convenient for indoor plants! Thank you!
