Pokémon fanatic here having played Generation 1 back in 1996 and then Generation 2-7 between 2020-2023 (currently having a hard time with Necrozma in the White Warp Tunnel). I wanted to bring that nostalgic childhood back and this is why I decided to do a Poké Marathon when COVID Hit. Great decision especially as I had only previously played Generation 1 but didn't find time for the rest. I'm not on Generation 8 yet but damn, some of this music is so 80s and I freakin' love 80s heavy metal as a guitarist of 20 years or so. I'm an 80s child being born in 1988. Sword and Shield will be my first Switch Game. I'm not really a gamer but honestly I bought the console (and 3DS for previous Gens) just for Pokémon.

Pokemon Sword was my first pokemon game... and while i initouly bought it Becouse Leon is my favorite person ever, i ended up loving everything about the game.... except Opal... she scares me .... The people... the locations.... i ended up building my own lore and story behind my character which made me love it even more

Man how tf do people think the SwSh soundtrack is bland, there's so many bombers here- if anything, I get tired of the scarlet violet soundtrack with a few small exceptions like Penny's theme

Each Pokemon game(Except the ones I haven't played and Lets Go.) has that one song that I listen to more than others(separate from the other songs, while not playing the game.) and for this game its slumbering wield.

The thing is football developed slowly like most things and people tend to have nostalgic feelings. Football today would destroy football back then. Alone the distance the players run during a match is like 30-40% more. Let alone all the new training techniques and tactics that are used today.
