So relaxing. I can't wait to do a night time routine tonight. After chasing after my toddler all day I am in need for a routine like this. I feel the same way. I was using sensodyne toothpaste. I have noticed that my teeth are not as sensitive since I stopped.

I think the toothpaste is different for everybody, I started using it after I got a dental filling and it’s been months now using it and I notice a HUGE difference, if I don’t use it I get really sensitive 😩 Try using the regular not the extra whitening version🖤

I ended up getting one of the Crest 3D white ones and I like it so far! If I switch out I'll try that regular one

I use sensodyne as well and I don’t use the one with whitening being that I whiten my teeth already with gel. My dentist told me me that using the sensodyne with whitening will cause your teeth to be hypersensitive because instead of protecting your teeth with the toothpaste first it is counteracting to whiten your teeth with the chemicals. It’s probably best to stick to non whitening toothpaste when whitening your teeth at home or whitening toothpaste & no whitening strips. Hope this helps hun! ♥️

Yeah the synsodyne will make it more sensitive. It actually says only to use for a like a few weeks or a few months and then take a break. It’s not supposed to be used constantly. I learned that the hard way also

Im dental assistant. It’s best toothpaste to use since you are whitening your teeth. The strips are making your teeth sensitive. Continue using the tooth paste.
