The speed and ease in which you can sketch and watercolor what you see is breathtaking. My food would have been cold and it would not have even looked as beautiful as what you did. Amazing.🤩

I like the way you showed the wiping of your brush. It helps to see how often you wipe the brush to create different intensities of color and also changing from one color to another. Thanks Becky

Hello Becky, Of late I've been getting bogged down trying to develop a loose method of drawing and painting trees with watercolours. Last week I came across this video and it opened the door I've been looking for. Over the last few days I've been following your approach to sketching and painting trees and feel very happy with my results. Thank you very much for posting this lesson!

Your city is beautiful...Your noodle looks very delicious, I couldn't draw, get hungry, no patience, have to eat the noodle first...but your paintings are always amazing!!! I think, you can make a children's book with your story board. Tell a story with pictures...

I purchased the noodler’s brown ink (via Amazon this is what is in titled I purchased (Noodler's Ink Refills 41 Brown Bottled Ink - ND-19063) and the two different types of fountain pens from one of your videos you discuss it on. No matter how long I let sketch dry for (over 24 hrs. First time because after 15-20 min it reactivated so I just went to bed and left for next couple days to dry), the brown ink is immediately reactivated by the water. It isn’t waterproof once dried. Are you using a different brown ink in these current videos? Can you pls leave me a new link for the brown ink you are using that is waterproof (I am in the USA). I believe you have stated after 15 min of drawing you can then watercolor, is this correct or am I missing something? Thank you for your time.

I think you purchased the same ink as mine. This ink is not waterproof on papers with a very smooth surface, such as hot pressed watercolor paper and some mix media papers. You can try the ink on cold pressed watercolour paper and let me know. I’ve been using this ink for one year now on various cold pressed watercolour paper from many brands, and it works well.

@@BeckyCao okay, thank you for getting back to me. I was looking that same thing up and wondering. I used it on an iced media journal, and it’s more like a hot press style paper, very smooth. I will try it on my actual watercolor cold press journals and papers. Thank you, Becky. 🙏🏻😊
