Fabulous as always. Can I ask whether you stick to certain base ISO values when shooting in PP10, or is it no necessary like with Cine EI?

Locking ISO sensitivity to base is not necessary for PP10 / BT.2020 which is considered normal shooting mode. Only Log Cine EI / Quick requires this. It comes down to preference for normal shooting, or in other words, how much noise is acceptable to you.

There's zillow, but the easiest thing would be to just Google. Unfortunately, the market is terrible right now with the high interest rates and the housing shortage. ☹
