Hmm watching the seriers back again, I wonder if it would have been better for kakashi to bring Kakazu back to the village once he was just a head. He's been alive since the first hokage, so he definitely knows tons of jutsu that have been lost to time. (Even just his value to a historian). Second, he has info on all the other Akatski, this probably should have been the first point considering how valuable that is. Kakazu seems like one of the most reasonable members of the akatski. He's not a radical and seems to just want money. Now you're probably thinking "wait no! He's in the akatski He wants nart's ninetails gosh darn it!" True, he does want nart's ninetails, but not cause he loves the akatski or what ever. Kakazus main motivation is he's afraid of dying. You need look no further than the weird creepy creepy jutsu he has used to preserve himself. What do you supose the quality of life is for a hair/worm beast? I don't think he's strolling to the market and enjoying a smoothie or a delicious breakfast sandwich on an everything bagel. Im not sure he can even eat. So put him in a chakra jar or something and offer him money to turn on the akatski, if he says no let ino's dad harvest jutsu and info from his brain then chuck em in a museum.
