Just listened. I was carrying quite a bit of anxiety and doubt over money and where it will come from next. The rollercoaster between disbelief and true belief has been a challenge. Update: Been listening to this for a week. So far I have found out I need to move after two years in my apartment and having bad credit it's gonna be very difficult to find somewhere to live. Well, I have just manifested $1100 almost in unexpected tax refund ( I am self employed and thought I would owe ) and I will have another $1200 or more in back paid benefits comming. Also, I will be making the best net income this summer that I have EVER made in my life between two jobs. So . everything was going wrong for me, the stress was eating me up, i was feeling down and with so many things that i wanted go fix, so i did this meditation and i focoused on one thing, to solve my deep troubles with my ex, it happened in 2 or 3 days, we are not together again yet but she unblocked me and we had a nice talk once more, i feel more confident and i'll do more of this meditations for my other problems, but solving this subject helps me soo much, i feel lighter and more confident, thank you Mary Kate.

Wow, I just listened to this and I couldn’t believe how many feelings that were very uncomfortable that I had stuff down because I’m always trying to stay positive. I just let them flow and tried to release and make neutral and I even had extra bubbles coming off after I saw what I’m trying to manifest and I’m really happy it made me feel good in the end and certain that I’m going to find my one true love, peace and blessings to all and thank you so much for your beautiful gifts that you give so generously❤
