Holding onto regrets can lead to feelings of guilt, shame, and sadness, which can negatively impact one's mental and emotional health. By releasing regrets, one can let go of these negative emotions and achieve a greater sense of peace and happiness. Dwelling on past regrets can prevent individuals from making proper decisions in the present. Releasing regrets allows individuals to focus on the present moment and make decisions based on what they need and want now rather than being influenced by past regrets. Releasing regrets allows individuals to learn from past mistakes and use those lessons to grow and improve themselves. When individuals let go of guilt, they can focus on their strengths and work towards achieving their goals. Holding onto regrets can lead to negative feelings towards oneself and others, which can strain relationships. Releasing regrets can help individuals overcome grudges and resentments and approach their relationships with a more positive attitude. Regrets can cause excessive stress and anxiety, which can have negative effects on the body. Releasing regrets can help reduce stress levels, allowing the body to relax and recover. They can also keep us up at night, leading to poor sleep quality. By releasing them, we may be able to sleep better and more restfully, which can help improve overall health. Holding firmly onto them can be draining, both mentally and physically. Releasing regrets can help free up energy that was previously spent dwelling on past mistakes, allowing us to feel more energized and focused on the present moment. Overall, it's an essential step towards achieving greater mental and emotional well-being, making better decisions, fostering self-growth, and building stronger relationships. The goal is not to forget about them but to allow yourself to move on and not repeat them in the future. Please rate the video with a like or dislike, whether you enjoyed it or not. Please communicate with me! I'd love to hear about your experience with the video, and any criticism is more than welcome!

This is a long and ardous journey for so many human forms, depending on their traumatic experiences, the pain and suffering becomes embedded into the energy of the living cells, to even start clearing these experiences they firstly have to be acknowledged, accepted and approached with loving care and compassion. Using “baby steps”. To relive those emotions take strength, courage and a desire to heal from the ground level. All emotions filter through the various layers of the human form and finally transpire into the physical body, were they sit in a corner quietly growing bigger and bigger. Thank you Anthony Sommer, for producing this lovely healing piece of music alongside the graphics calling one in to the experience. Love and peace. ❤ 🕊 👐 🌏

Interesting observations. I find the higher octaves like this resonates more than the Lower ones. I hear water sounds in the background. With this I can go in for a deep look. And, travel.

Hi Anthony. I've had a particularly difficult and upsetting day, you seem to post just what I need at the right time. My playlist is almost populated by your stuff now. I can't begin to express how much you've helped my sleep pattern and consequently the quality of my life. I'm 62, in the UK and it's approaching the fourth anniversary of loosing my wife to breast cancer. I wonder if there is something you could post or recommend to ease the mental pain. Regards Barry.

Barry’s RC Dump, Firstly I am so sorry for the loss of your wife. I hope it is of some comfort for you to consider that she is always walking and surrounding you 24/7, with her presence and love. My personal suggestion (and please excuse the unsolicited nature of my doing so) would be to try journaling your emotions and feelings, no matter what they are, talking to her out loud or in your mind, writing letters to her, bringing her favourite flowers into your property, thinking or talking about all the amazing memories you shared together, the laughter, and the caring love. Lots of peace, love and light on your path. 👐 🕊 ❤ 🌹

@@ascendinguniversalbutterfly That's most kind of you to reply like that, it's much appreciated. I have a glass cabinet in the living room with all her " precious things" in it, mostly bits that I bought for her. I do talk to her every day and tell her that I still love her absolutely unconditionally before I go to sleep each night. 🙏🙏

@@barrysrcdump3557 Thank you so much for your reply, much appreciated, she has such a beautiful energy and I “feel” her love for you is also reciprocated very deeply and lovingly, although I did not know your lovely wife. I send you so much healing energy, one day at a time, be gentle with yourself, it does take time. It is wonderful you talk to her everyday, that connection is so important. Hoping I have not over stepped any boundaries? Lots of peace and blessings. 🕊 ❤

@@ascendinguniversalbutterfly Not at all, I appreciate what you've said. Our marriage was beyond the joining of two human beings, even beyond love itself. Telling her that I love her never seemed to be sufficient. I used to say "it's still unconditional". That was our thing, my way. She died in a local hospice, it was the the last words she heard from my lips. Her name was and still is Katherine, I know when she's around because the number 22 keeps popping up.
@ascendinguniversalbutterfly Жыл бұрын
@@barrysrcdump3557 Katherine is always with you, a beautiful, very loving, elegant divine soul, she hears these precious words from you on a daily basis and interestingly as I read your post I was writing a poem about the number 22. Thank you for sharing your personal feelings for Katherine with me, both your love for each other crosses beyond time and space, so special and unique. 🕊
