I did the session lying on my back and at the end this shoulder was sooooo much flatter than the other... Amazing🎉! Now I better repeat on the other side😅 Thank you so much dear One❤

Well spotted, this was more like Jacobson’s progressive relaxation technique, rather than Feldenkrais. A true Feldenkrais inspired sequence is coming up soon!

Not sure… maybe you could do Feldenkrais-like movements before, after or instead of foam rolling after workouts? I personally treat those two domains separately, like cooking and computer work, although both involve working with my hands
