This is the Simple Qigong Daily Routine to Alleviate Anxiety, and Stress in 5 minutes .
In this Video includes:
- Warm Up
- Shaking body and Bouncing legs and toes
- Short Massage
This exercise can help you to let go of all anxieties, and stress, and also make your body calm and ease. It just takes 5 minutes to practice daily, can become your 10 minute daily Routine Qigong.

Since I have been practicing this I haven't been having any panic attacks and my blood pressure has come down to normal. I have given up the meds for the anxiety that gave me drug brain. Thank you for all of your teachings. They have changed everything. 🙏❤

I moved my body for the first time in a long time and it felt so good, I cried. Life has got me so down that I gave up on taking care of myself. Today felt like the first step towards breaking free. Thank you for the video.
