Can you show an exercise where it supports I think it's the pelvic area I have issues where I get bladder spasms. My chiropractor usually has to adjust me down. there is just something I can do to get it strong.

I have tight pelvic floor and it is so hard for me to urinate especially at night. I’ve been doing these for a few days now and I can feel less tension in my legs. I hope as I continue these exercises, I can improve and my urine flow becomes much easier.

Can these be done in bed if getting on and off the floor is no longer possible? And will this help female incontinence? I can't be your only follower who wonders why our questions ARENT addressed...
