I have never felt my hamstrings as open and relaxed as this. Ive been doing sports and passive stretching for years and never actually increasing my range of motion. Im amazed to feel how much loosening the hamstrings is giving greater range of motion to my chest. Thank you

I've been practicing for a while with this video, almost on a daily basis, and together with Hips like Honey and Heart wide Open I always feel like you have a magic solution to my problems! I've seen and felt a lot of improvement with my range of motion and mobility after 2 years of chronic pain in my arms and hips (no reason found). THANK YOU!!!! Yay 🥰 Glad it worked its magic for you! I would say this class is great in the morning to wake up those big muscles, but also, after work if you've been seated all day. You can easily do this twice a day if you have the availability. I personally do it once a day before my regular practice 🤗

I personally do a version of this class every day as my warm up before practice. You can make it 3-5 minutes long so it's more sustainable, but the more consistent you are, the better 🥰

It's not easy no ❤ But with modifications, you will make amazing progress overtime. This class is just so powerful! Feel free to grab 2 yoga blocks for the practice and place your hands on those instead of on the floor ☺
