Thank you so much for this. I have horribly tight hips, especially my left hip. Near the end, something in my left hip popped and I literally felt tension and energy release from my body. I felt such relief I haven't felt in so long.

Saving. I sobbed with grief when I couldn’t feel energy in my pelvis or hips because I’ve dissociated/numbed that part of my body for so long. Thank you for the work you do! I’ll be sharing this with my pelvic floor physical therapist in case she has other clients who’d benefit.

I am being honest, I do simple hip opening exercises. But sometimes when I am lazy I just imagine myself doing it. It still has an effect on the mood. I think its simply because we dont even allow ourselves to do that in out mind because of the programming of how to sit and walk etc. than to just be.

That is a wonderful practice my dear 🥰 Imagining a movement has actually been proven to be a very effective way of practicing it. I'm glad it works for you too! ❤🔥

I've just done this. Thank you, it was beautiful. However, I realised how tight my inner thighs were. I couldn't lower my arms infront of the outstretched legs in a v. Also, I couldn't do the deep squat without holding the floor. I'm thinking I need your HLH course. Will it be suitable if I'm at this level?
@manumitevova3 ай бұрын
My dear, it's absolutely ok to need support and help in these poses 🥰 Noone gets straight into a deep squat just like that. And any form of the splits is bound to be hard on the hamstrings. In HLH, we have special beginner classes for those trickier poses, and you'll definitely be getting a fully rounded and holistic approach to hip opening. Feel free to send me a message on social media if you have any specific question about the practice, or if you'd like some more guidance ❤ Hope we get to practice together more, and hope your hips are ready for the treat 🤗
