Releasing 35 BABY Snapping Turtles!!!

In this episode of Parker's Swamp we show you guys the snappers that we hatched out in the last episode as we release them back into the lakes where their mother intended them to thrive. We saved these guys from a wood chip pile where every other snapping turtle and painted turtle nest was ravaged by raccoons so it's pretty cool to see them swimming off into the abyss as healthy live turtles.

Love snapping turtles I’ve easily saved at least 100 adults and babies over the years. I absolutely hate seeing them dead on the roads every year it’s sad that I see people purposely hit them all the time. These are important species that should get more respect ✊🏻
