I first was introduced to Julie Schiffman from the Dr. Mercola site several years ago. Then from the Tapping Summit as a speaker and I need to let her know how grateful and appreciative I am for her kindness without asking for monetary support, as most practitioners do, refusing to give anything away for free to those of us who desperately seek help. Thank you ... I needed that so much. Even though my head logically knows that my family were fearful and didn't know how to support me during my cancer treatment and journey, my feelings were always still so hurt and disappointed given they had stayed away and weren't there for me in the way I expected. Today, another breakthrough and shift in emotions and energy, thanks to your guidance. Still more tapping needed, but it is was a great shift. Please note, I have been using E.F.T for over a year now and completed courses with Dr Dawson Church and Dr Peta Stapleton, so have a reasonable idea how to do the process independently, but that said, I find being lead by your guidance, so on point and helpful for me. Thank you!

I looked for Julie , as I just experienced a minor disappointment from a family member. I was angry n resentful and felt taken advantage of. I know this is not a good vibration to remain in for both my mental n physical health. I especially love ❤️ all of Julie’s tapping videos on the family. Thankful for you and for this session. My family disappointed me a lot with their treatment of me and their choices. At the start I was at 8 and at the end of the video I managed to get to 4.

Thanks Julie. I really loved this video. It helped me get clearer on my true underlying causes of my disappointment. I will need to tap some more, also in the other emotions you mentioned, to free myself from this "obsession" and have a more natural accepting attitude towards behaviour that is different from my expectations 😉

Often times people have very realistic or even low expectations that still aren't met. And people just are s*****. Unfortunately this is not the video for that. It was actually re traumatizing

I am sorry you had that experience. If you are open to it, try tapping on whatever emotions came up for you. It’s true sometimes people aren’t who we want them to be but hopefully tapping can help to set YOU free. Not them. xo
